Off-road Experience
I went to the Post office on my bike this afternoon. It was a wonderful ride. The weather was a bit on the warm side but not hot. I used the big streets instead of the usual side streets. I still want to live, so I rode on the sidewalk.
I got one heck of a ride though. It seems like the trees planted along side the sidewalks have outgrown the pavement. Their roots have grown so big that the cement on tthe sidewalk wasn't flat anymore. There was this one street that almost all the trees were like that. I had an off-road experience on the sidewalk! Up and down, up and down, up and down I went.
At least I dont need to go out of town to get the off-road feel.
