Dilemma

How do people survive in this corporate world?

 

Do people stay in a company only because of its great benefits?

 

The actual work itself is easy, actually a routine.  If you have been forewarned that there is no room for growth, that you will be doing this routine work for 5, 6, 7 years, and this doesn't make happy, is it ok to stay?

 

Co-workers are another story.  As they say people are people and they will remain the same.  When you have a supervisor who's insecurities precede her and meddle in your work, even if you've already said, please don't, do you stay?  and you and your supervisor have a boss that won't do anything about it, do you stay?  Think about it, you will be working with these people for 5, 6, 7 years....

 

How do people survive in this corporate world?  Unhappy.
